Help with leaks, loose tiles and roof damage after bad weather. Covering Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Call to discuss the damage and the next available visit.

Your next step
Tell us what
your roof needs.
A leak to fix or a project to plan? Start with your postcode, a callback number and a short description. We will contact you to discuss the work and what is needed for a written quotation.
Our enquiries are for roofing repairs and installations. We do not sell loose tiles, slates or roofing materials.
For a time-sensitive problem, call us to discuss it. A visit is only booked once we have confirmed it with you.
What to tell us when you call
Tell us when the problem started, whether water is entering the property and whether any tiles, slates, ridge pieces or guttering have fallen. Include the full postcode and any access restrictions. Photographs taken from the ground or inside can help us plan the next step; do not climb onto the roof to inspect it.
Wind damage and displaced roof coverings
A storm may move individual slates, tiles or ridge pieces, but the visible gap may not show the full extent of the damage. We assess the affected covering, surrounding fixings and roof junctions before recommending a local repair or wider work. Existing deterioration and new damage may need different attention.
Leaks after heavy rain or hail
Water can enter around valleys, flashing, chimneys, rooflights or a flat-roof junction, and the damp patch inside may be away from the entry point. Tell us whether the leak occurs only during wind-driven rain or continues afterwards. We inspect the relevant details before agreeing the repair.
Temporary protection and lasting work
Where urgent protection is appropriate and safe to arrange, we discuss it separately from the permanent repair. Roof access depends on conditions and the equipment needed. Calling us does not guarantee an immediate visit; we confirm availability and the proposed next step with you.
A clear record of the proposed repairs
Keep any photographs you can take safely and a note of when the problem began. Our written quotation identifies the roofing work, materials and access arrangements included. If you intend to contact an insurer, check their process directly; an inspection or quotation does not establish that a claim is covered.
Keep a clear record for your insurer.
Start safely. Take photographs from inside or at ground level only when it is safe. Note when the damage appeared and which rooms or roof areas are affected.
Contact your insurer promptly. Have your policy details ready and ask about their claims process, evidence and repair arrangements. An inspection by a roofer does not decide what your insurance covers.
Discuss urgent temporary work. Speak to your insurer about emergency protection and keep photographs and itemised invoices for any work arranged.
Check the permanent repair scope. Compare our written quotation with your insurer’s instructions before authorising non-urgent work. Policy terms and the cause of damage affect the decision; wear and tear may be treated differently from storm damage.

Should I wait until the next storm to check a new leak?
Contact us when you notice the problem and describe what has changed. A new leak or loose roof material needs assessment. Stay clear of falling debris and avoid going onto the roof yourself.
Do you repair just a few storm-damaged tiles?
A focused repair may be suitable where the surrounding roof and fixings are sound. We assess the affected area before confirming the scope; a few visible damaged tiles do not necessarily mean the whole roof needs replacing.
Can you inspect a roof while it is still windy?
Tell us about the damage by phone first. The timing and method of an inspection depend on safe access and current conditions. We agree the next step with you rather than promising roof access during unsafe weather.
Can I get a fixed storm repair price online?
The covering, extent of damage, roof height and access all affect the work. Send the postcode and safe photographs or call us; we confirm the proposed scope and price after assessment.
Where do you assess storm-damaged roofs?
We serve Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and the Cotswolds from our base near Evesham. Give us the full property postcode so we can confirm coverage and availability for your particular job.
What should I send a roofer after storm damage?
Start with the property postcode, a callback number, when the problem began and whether water is coming inside now. Add photographs only if they can be taken safely from inside or at ground level. Tell us about loose materials and access restrictions. Call for urgent help; a website enquiry does not confirm an appointment.
