Making a repair plan
We assess the affected roof area and explain whether temporary tarping, another weatherproofing measure or a permanent repair is appropriate. The response depends on the damage, weather and safe access. We also undertake insurance-related roofing repairs; your insurer decides what your policy covers.

Our standard minimum callout charge is £250; overnight emergency attendance starts at £350. We confirm the total price, what the charge covers and any materials, access or further repair costs before you book. An attendance charge does not include a complete roof repair. We agree the visit time with you before travelling.
