Start with the existing roof
We look at the arrangement and condition of the existing covering, its junctions and any previous repairs. Sound materials may be suitable for reuse, while replacements need to be considered for their size, appearance and suitability. Stone, slate and leadwork
Our heritage work includes Cotswold stone roofing, natural slate, chimney and parapet details, and traditional leadwork. We discuss how the proposed work fits the building and explain the scope, materials and access arrangements in writing. A small repair and a complete renewal need different levels of preparation.

Can you work from an existing specification?
Yes. Send the specification and relevant photographs with your enquiry. We can review the proposed roofing work and discuss a site visit before preparing our quotation.
Will you reuse existing stone or slate?
Where materials are sound and suitable, reuse can form part of the proposed work. We assess their condition and explain the approach rather than assuming every piece can be reused.
