Roof surveys and drone inspections.
We carry out roof inspections to help homeowners understand the condition of their roof and the work it may need. Drone photographs can help us inspect and explain areas that are difficult to see from the ground.

An inspection with a clear purpose
Tell us whether the concern is a leak, storm damage, visible deterioration or planning a roofing project. We agree the inspection scope and any report or photographic record you need before arranging the visit.
Photographs that support the explanation
Where conditions and access permit, drone images help show the covering and roof details. We explain what the visible evidence suggests and any limitations. Images cannot show concealed timbers, the underside of every covering or defects hidden from view.
Understand the next step
We discuss the findings and whether a repair, further investigation or replacement should be considered. If you already have an architect’s or surveyor’s report, send it to us. We can review the roofing work it identifies and discuss a quotation.
Related guidance: roof repair options; roof replacement options.
Do you offer drone roof inspections?
Yes, where the location, weather and operating conditions permit. We agree a suitable inspection approach for the property.
Will I receive photographs or a written report?
Tell us what you need when you enquire. We confirm the photographs, written findings and any report included in the agreed inspection scope.
Can a drone inspection find every roof problem?
No. It helps assess visible external areas, but concealed defects and the condition beneath coverings may require access or further investigation. We explain those limits in our advice.
Is a roof survey the same as a quotation visit?
They serve different purposes. A quotation visit considers proposed roofing work; a survey may require a more detailed inspection and report. We agree the purpose, deliverables and any charge beforehand.
Can you look at a roof before I buy a house?
Contact us with the address, access arrangements and the information you need. We can discuss a roofing inspection; it does not replace a whole-property or structural survey.
Your next step
Tell us what
your roof needs.
A leak to fix or a project to plan? Start with your postcode, a callback number and a short description. We will contact you to discuss the work and what is needed for a written quotation.
Our enquiries are for roofing repairs and installations. We do not sell loose tiles, slates or roofing materials.
For a time-sensitive problem, call us to discuss it. A visit is only booked once we have confirmed it with you.
