We check the roof around the window, the flashing that seals its edges and, on a flat roof, any raised frame beneath the unit. These details must suit the chosen window or rooflight. Your quotation explains the roofing work and finishing included.

A new opening may require more work than replacing an existing unit. We agree the access, roofing and any internal finishing included, and identify where design or other trades may be needed. Share any known property restrictions at the outset.

Yes. Send photographs and the make, model or approximate size if you know it. We assess the opening, surrounding roof and proposed replacement.
Do you work on rooflights in flat roofs?
Yes. We discuss flat-roof rooflights and their junctions with the covering, including the condition of the surrounding roof and the required scope.
Can you investigate a leak around my rooflight?
Yes. A leak may involve the unit, its flashing or the adjacent roof. We inspect the relevant details before recommending a repair or replacement.
Can I add a roof window to an existing pitched roof?

Are internal finishes included in the price?
They are included only where specified in the quotation. We make clear which roofing, window and internal works form part of the agreed job.
