Start with the existing exterior
We look at the condition of the boards, visible backing, junctions and access. Staining, movement or decay may involve more than the visible face, so covering over the problem is not automatically the right approach.
Agree the system and finish
We discuss the type of cladding, colour and profile alongside the building and its project requirements. Details around openings, corners and roof junctions are included in the planning. The proposed system and extent of work are recorded in your quotation.
Coordinate the roofline
Cladding work may meet fascias, soffits, guttering or dormer roof details. We can discuss these together so the scope is clear and the adjoining finishes are considered. Send photographs and any existing drawings or specification.

Yes. We can discuss uPVC cladding for suitable residential projects, including the condition of the existing exterior and the finish you would like.
Can you replace a damaged section of cladding?
A local repair may be possible if the surrounding system is sound and suitable matching material is available. We assess the damage and the existing details before advising.
Can new cladding go over existing timber?
That depends on the condition of the timber, the proposed system and the building. We inspect first and explain any removal or preparation required.
Can the cladding and guttering be done together?
Yes. Tell us which parts of the exterior need attention. We can set out the cladding and relevant roofline work together in the quotation.
